Pastor Jenkins is the youngest son of seven children. He was married on May 21, 1976 to Lousinder L. Jenkins and has three children, Nikitress Jenkins-Porter, Yolanda Butler (Kristopher Butler) and Vincent Jenkins.
Pastor Jenkins was saved at the young age of 15, while in the 10th grade. He became a licensed minister in 1977 and was ordained an Elder in 1986. In June of 1993, he was appointed Pastor of Faith Temple Christian Center and works diligently to perfect the vision that God has given him for the church. He believes, as the bible states, that without a vision, the people perish.

Pastor Jenkins is a graduate of St. Leo University and currently works as the Director for Pompano Work Release Center. He is a certified Marriage Counselor and is very passionate about seeing families prosper in every aspect of their lives.

Pastor Jenkins is a newly appointed Superintendent of South Florida District under the Western Florida Jurisdiction. He is the founder of Developing the Family, Inc and Right Attitude, LLC. He coordinates and co-hosts the Developing the Family Conference, which takes place in June annually.

First Lady Lousinder Jenkins is the wife of Pastor Norman Vincent Jenkins. She is the Chief Operating Officer for Developing the Family, Inc. She has three lovely children, Nikitress L. Jenkins-Porter, Yolanda R. Butler, and Vincent A. Jenkins, two son-in-laws and three beautiful grandchildren.
First Lady Jenkins was born and reared in Miami, Florida and graduated from Miami Carol City High School. Soon after graduating from high school, she gave her life to the Lord and received the Holy Ghost at the young age of 19.
First Lady Jenkins continued her education and attended Miami Dade Jr. College where she received her Associates of Arts degree and later graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.

First Lady Jenkins has held many positions in the church and shares the same vision as the reach, to teach, encourage and impact the lives of everyone who enters the doors of the church.

Currently, First Lady Jenkins is the President of the Women's Department, but works in all capacitites for the success and upbuilding of the church.
